Hello - my name is Darren Bugg and I am a UK based marketing and customer service expert.
My specialism is the understanding of customers and what makes then tick. Why are they loyal to a particular organisation or brand? What makes a customer satisfied or dissatisfied? What creates a great customer service experience, that encourages customers to become fans and advocates of a company? And most importantly, how can you keep them happy and retain their loyalty in the long term?
I have over 25 years experience working in both the private and public sectors. I hold a Masters Degree in Marketing and Innovation from the London School of Marketing, in which I specialised in the subjects of customer loyalty and customer retention.
