The finalists have just been announced for the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2020. The awards are run by the Institute of Customer Service and are designed to give recognition to organisations and individuals that show a commitment to outstanding customer service. Organisations from across the UK can enter and are judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.
