Customer Contact Expo is
a major national event for anyone working in customer service and customer
experience. It brings experts together from across the UK, sharing advice about
how they are dealing with a year of change.
Hot topics at this year’s
Expo include how contact centres are evolving with the introduction of
chatbots, artificial intelligence and digital self-service, while at the same
time improving employee engagement and creating a culture of customer service.
The event features hundreds
of stalls plus 200 guest speakers, practical sessions and case studies. The
event is free and is open to anyone working in this field.
The event takes place on
Wednesday 28th September and Thursday 29 September at Olympia London, Hammersmith
Road, Kensington, London, W14 8UX.
