The customer service event of the year

There is still time to book free tickets for the Customer Contact Expo which takes place on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th September at Olympia London.

The Expo brings together experts and practitioners from across the UK and Europe, to share ideas and advice about all issues relating to customer service.

Topics of discussion at this year’s event include how customer contact is evolving with the development of 'chatbots', artificial intelligence and digital self-service, while at the same time improving employee engagement and creating a culture of customer service.

The event features hundreds of stalls along with around 200 guest speakers, practical sessions and case studies. The event is free to attend and is open to anyone working in the field of customer service.
