The CIPD Annual
Conference and Exhibition takes place on 9th and 10th November at Manchester
Central conference centre. This is the largest event of its kind in the UK for
professionals working in Human Resources and people management.
The event, which has
been running for nearly 70 years, brings
together around 4,000 professionals and 200 exhibitors in a series of
conference sessions, panel discussions, seminars and workshops.
The conference includes 55 guest speakers and 15 hours of networking. The conference programme
is split into five topical streams and delegates can choose which of these to
attend:
- HR Essentials
- Organisation Effectiveness and Change
- Performance and Talent Management
- Science of Human Behaviour
- Future of Work and Business Insight
For people who don't want to attend the full conference, there is also a free exhibition running alongside, which includes over 60 free learning sessions over the two days.
