Tickets are now available for one of
the UK’s biggest customer service events of the year. Customer Contact Expo
takes place at London Olympia from 27th to 28th September 2017.
The Expo brings together experts and
practitioners from across the UK and Europe, to share ideas and advice about
all issues relating to customer service. Last year over 7,000 professionals
with a combined spend of over £1.7 billion attended the event, and the show

The 2017 event will be integrated
within eCommerce Expo, another major business show that takes place in London
every year. It includes a ‘Customer Insights Theatre’ where attendees can learn
about how to improve their customer experience through better research and data
analytics, in order to make a big difference to customer satisfaction.
