The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards recognise
organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service
strategies.
Organisations from across the UK can
enter the Awards and will be judged by industry experts, business leaders and
academics. The awards ceremony takes place alongside the Institute's industry-leading
Annual Conference.
Entries for the Awards are now open, and will close on
13th October 2017.
The 2018 Awards gala ceremony will take place in March 2018 at the Hilton Hotel, Park
Lane, London.
