Today the Customer Service Blog reached a major milestone. We have just hit the magical number of 50,000 readers.

Our official readership (confirmed by the hosting company) hit the 50,000 mark earlier today, meaning that we are now the UK's leading blog on the subject of customer service, and also one of the fastest growing customer service blogs in the world.

Although the blog was initially set up to deal with customer service and customer loyalty issues in the UK, we have now built up a massive loyal readership around the world, including almost 19,000 readers in the USA.
