The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards
recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful
customer service strategies. Organisations from across the UK can enter and are
judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics. There are 15 award
categories in total, and to celebrate the 10th year of the Awards taking place,
the Institute of Customer Service has introduced a new award, ‘The Customer
Service Change Maker Award’.
This particular award is open to any
individual who has had a demonstrable impact on the customer service offering
of an organisation over a minimum of three years. They should be accredited by
the organisation and demonstrate exceptional results reflected in their career
path, have clear vision in the field of customer strategy, and serve as a role
model to others.
The awards ceremony takes place at the Institute's Annual Conference which is on 3rd March 2020
at the Park Lane London Hilton Hotel.
The Awards
are free to enter and entries close 18th October 2019.
