The Institute of Customer Service Annual Conference and Awards 2021


The Institute of Customer Service has just announced plans for their 2021 Annual Conference. The event is the biggest forum for customer service thought leadership and best practice in the UK. The event draws hundreds of service professionals and business leaders together to learn from examples of global service excellence.

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards follows the Annual Conference, recognising organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony.

Last year was the Institute’s highest rated conference yet, and the 2021 event is set to be even better. It will be a live event, but capacity may be limited depending on circumstances related to the current pandemic.

The event feature several well-known special guest speakers including Lord Karan Bilimoria, the founder and Chairman of Cobra Beer, and Dr Peter Carter OBE who was the CEO of the Royal College of Nursing from 2007 to 2015. More guest speakers will be announced over the coming months.

The Conference and Awards take place on 2nd March 2021 at the London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane. The event is open to members and non-members, and an ‘early bird’ 20% discount is available on conference tickets booked by 31st August 2020.
