Happy New
Year! It's very appropriate that, at the start of a new year, The Customer
Service Blog has just hit the magical target of 150,000 readers! Official
figures confirm that on 5th January 2021 we had 150,034 readers. This includes
36,000 people in the UK and 32,000 people in the USA.
In recent months we have also acquired many new readers across Europe and in places further afield such as Hong Kong and Israel. A full breakdown of our international readership is shown at the end of this article.
