National Customer
Service Week is a celebration of customer service, which takes place
across the UK every year. This year, the week takes place from 3rd to 7th
October 2022. It's a chance to reflect on how you serve your customers, how you
recognise your team's achievements, and how you show your company's
commitment to excellence in customer service.
Each year, Customer Service Week has a different theme for each day of the week. In 2022
the daily themes will be as follows:

Thursday - Effective
