WINNERS ANNOUNCED: 2022 European Contact Centre Awards


Now in its 22nd year, the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards are the longest-running and largest awards programme in the industry. The programme recognises organisations, teams and projects across Europe that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers.

These days, many business awards are just money-making scams, where the ‘winners’ are the organisations and individuals that pay for advertising in the awards programme, or expensive tables at the awards dinner.

These Awards are different. The judging process is famed for being highly credible and robust. The judges are experienced customer service and contact centre professionals, overseen by Helen Wilson, Chief Experience Officer at Ipsos. Furthermore, the sponsors do not have a judging vote, ensuring the integrity of the judging process.
